Qualification Guidelines

Those who qualify for LST Connector Services, must have medical proof, of a disability that either makes it challenging for them to travel on public transit, have physical, mobility, and or intellectual disabilities that further limits their independence from making the connections needed. LST Connector Services is also for individuals with an inability to have speech understood, when communicating in any situation(s), where clear communication is needed. Furthermore, to qualify, a doctor's authorization for need of these LST Connector Services is required; in order to further prove you in-fact, have a intellectual or physical disability limiting your independence from being able to travel without further assistance as needed. 

The fallowing guidelines will help to determine if you qualify for LST Connector Services. Please Use the guide below to help determine if you qualify for these services. 

• Difficulty getting from point A to point B, by means of walking, wheelchair accessibility impact, or other impacted assistive walking aids.

• Difficulty with speech being understood by members within the community.

• inability to have a clear line of sight, or have poor vision altering your ability to see clearly. 

• Person's with intellectual disabilities, where it is made challanging for them to fit in with the community around them.

• Difficulty understanding what is being said in emergancy situations, & passengers who may need greater assistance adapting to certain situations.
